Based out of our West Orange, New Jersey office, you will provide direct support to our in-house project and engineering teams, as well as potential and existing customers. Maintain remote site monitoring and monthly reporting. Develop and coordinate technical support and service for key accounts. Work with our sales channels to prepare technical proposals. Visit potential customer sites to conduct load studies. Assist project teams with system installations. Establish electrical diagrams and project manuals. This position reports directly to the Project Manager responsible for nationwide Energy Information Systems and Controls projects.
Specific skills required are: • Auto cad or Viso • Good organizational skills • Analytical thinking • Practical aptitude
