Utility Options Database
In order to help community-owned utilities succeed in a challenging, restructured energy environment, Western's Energy Services group developed the Utility Options database to provide illustrations of innovative, utility-tested approaches to energy efficiency incentives, customer service, renewable energy, load management, diversification of services, marketing, and other programs.
