Summary
 The Eugene Water & Electric Board Smart Meter Pilot Program Evaluation: Baseline Survey was a twenty question online survey administered to the 78 EWEB customers who volunteered to participate in the EWEB smart meter (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Pilot Program. It focused on energy usage, familiarity with smart meter technology and participants' experience with the pilot program. The University of Oregon Community Service Center conducted the survey.
