Summary
 As part of Portland General Electric's concern for diversity in their workforce, the IOU has worked with the Oregon Tradeswomen organization for ten years to raise awareness in young women of the energy field as a career. The most visible focus of the program is a popular annual all-girls trade fair with outdoor workshops for middle and high school girls.
