 The Con Edison CoolNYC smart AC program provides apartment residents with thinkeco plug-in smart outlets that can be controlled by a smart A/C thermostat and a customer’s online modlet account. Multifamily building owners and tenants may thus control apartment window air conditioning units remotely by smartphones or web access.
